More on Fitness Forumz (Soca Boxx)

In a recent Blog post I mentioned that MuscleTalk is supporting Jason Jay and Fitness Forumz and the great work they're doing to try to help youung people through sport - read the blog entry here

They continue to get great feedback.  Here's a quote from the mother of a member:

Thank you Jason for being Janet's trainer. It’s not about sports only as you say "It’s a way of life" I strongly believe in Body - Mind - Spirit (working together) and, as a Life Coach, I know you are one of the best she could get because of the above attributes. As the mother I would like to THANK YOU for being there for not only for my daughter but others who benefit enormously from your skills and absolutely great attitude.

I don't know how to start this, but boxing with JJ and Phil have been amazing; everyone would just say ‘fitness is so long’ but I enjoy my sport very much so I don't find it too bad; I actually enjoy it.  When I first started I thought it won't be that fun and I might get some stressy person doing it and no one would come lol; but I was wrong.  When I first met Jay and Phil my (Austin Powers) haha I knew straight away this would be good. I tried to go every week and I have enjoyed every single session even though it has been so hard, but I did it because Jay and Phil pushed me and pushed me till I was the best.  I would hate doing the ski sit stand thing and Jay would just say 'Just concentrate and forget everything that is around you' and I would feel like I am in my own little world even though my legs are killing me and just want to fall on the floor and never get up. But every week Jay tells me the same thing and even though I hate it, I beat it and always be thelast person standing; so every week I would win which I’m really proud of!  Without Jay and Phil supporting me and making me do the best that I can, I probably wouldn't be as good as I am now. I am always looking forward to Thursday’s even though I have bad lessons at school; it’s only because of boxing.

The only negative thing about boxing is that so many people go, but I guess that's a good thing to and also I would love if we had more equipment so that I stop hitting Jay and Phil hahaha, but they don't mind  well I think... even though they cry after I beat them up, but we all still have so much fun.  Who would say working out could be so fun? Me and everyone that goes to boxing, because it’s not any boxing it's like a little family working together and trying to reach their goals!! If I am having a bad day at school or even out of school these boxing session are the best way to take any negative energy out of you, after one session you feel good about yourself, but I am not that kind of person that gets angry, I am always happy and when I come into boxing; I am still happy but when I leave. It’s a different story because I would have a bigger smile then I have ever done when doing sport.

I don't just go there to keep fit but I go there because I can have fun and enjoy every moment that goes around in the Wolf Pack Zone; it’s just like family and brings so much happiness. Both Jay and Phil are astounding people and will never be forgotten and I can always talk to them, boxing without them would actually be a fail and boring, I do love my boxing but they just make it live and fun and my fitness is good and I’m happy which is the most important part  x
